12.2. In respect of any cancelled or voided bets, we reserve the right to withdraw any monies from your account in connection with such bets or, if there are insufficient funds in your account, require you to pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to such bets.
12.3. In the event of closure or suspension of your account, we reserve the right to withhold funds in your account until any investigation (including any relevant external investigation) is determined. Upon determination of such investigation, we reserve the right to confiscate the funds in your account if we are satisfied that you have acted in violation of this Agreement.
13. BONUS TERMS
