Self-assessment questionnaire on the risk of addiction

The self-test is an internationally recognized way for players to check if they have any gambling issues. We suggest you answer the following questions and assess if you are gambling in a balanced way:

1. Have you ever bet more than you planned?

2. Have you ever had to gamble with larger amounts of money to feel the same excitement?

3. Have you ever placed a new bet to try to recover money you lost?

4. Have you ever had to borrow money or sell something in order to continue gambling?

5. Have you ever felt that you might have a gambling problem?

6. Has gambling caused you any health problems, such as anxiety or stress?

7. Do your gambling activities create economic problems for you or your family?

8. Do you feel guilty about your gambling habits or the outcomes when you gamble?

9. Have you ever tried to stop or reduce your gambling and been unable to?

10. Have you ever lost an important relationship, job, job opportunity, or educational chance because of gambling?

11. Have you ever claimed to have won money from gambling when, in fact, you lost?

12. Have you ever hidden from your family or friends the amount of money you have gambled, won, or lost?

13. Have you ever gambled as a way to escape from worries or problems?
